Training leaders to change the world for Christ by launching the next generation to go to the nations through mobilizing, training, equipping, and connecting them with the resources and experiences needed to become amazing leaders for Christ.

STAFF

• Charlie Beck, President

Charlie has been a Church Mission Director and Pastor to Missionaries for over 25 years. He has been developing leaders and relationships with American and indigenous workers in countries around the world from Asia to Latin America. Charlie's passion is to reach unreached people, those who have never heard the name of Jesus.

Charlie has personally led over 100 short-term mission teams to Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, has been responsible for 500+ teams ministering in culturally diverse locations. He has also pioneered several short-term team initiatives that have today been adopted by many in the missions world.

• Sharon Beck

Sharon's passion has been inner healing, intercession, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Sharon has a gift of hospitality and is an amazing prayer warrior. She has also led short-term teams to East Asia.
